Trusses have double gussets.

 Z-bar at seams to avoid moisture from getting into the siding.

50 Year Smart Panel siding extremely durable wood, T-111 treated siding or 45 Year Metal siding.

Metal siding is installed with Screws not Nails.

Premium grade OSB for roof decking. 

25 Year Asphalt Shingles.

 2 x 4 framed double doors  that have 2 dead bolts with a lockable door latch. 

1 air vent on each gable end.

Exposed nails are ring shank galvanized for maximum strength and no rust spots or stains. 

Free set-up and delivery within a 50 mile radius, thereafter $2.50 per mile.
